摘要
以湖南安化氰化废渣尾矿区为例,探讨了不同重金属元素在植物体内富集规律。研究了杉木、欧美杨、马尾松对氰化废渣尾矿区的重金属(Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn和As)的吸收量和分布规律。结果表明,3种植物体内富集的重金属质量的高低均为:W(As)>W(Zn)>W(Pb)>W(Cu)>W(Cd)。但是每种植物对Cd、Pb、Zn、As、Cu的吸收质量分数和分布均不相同,一般为根系质量大于茎叶,与对照组基本一致。同一植物对不同重金属元素的吸收量和茎叶/根系之比均不同。这对矿区周边地区重金属污染土壤地可持续利用和生态修复服务具有重要意义。
This paper studied on the rules of heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and As) accumulated in Cunninghamia lanceolata, Poplus euramericana and Dendrolimus punctatus in Anhua, Hunan. The result showed the contents of Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and As in the three species all presented in the order W(As) 〉W(Zn) 〉W(Pb) 〉W(Cu) 〉W(Cd), but it varied in Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn and As absorption and distribution. Generally, their contents were higher in the roots than in the shoots, which was as the same as control. The absorption ratios of different heavy metal varied in the same species, and varied in stem/root. This study was important for sustainable using soil polluted by heavy metals and ecological recovery.
