摘要
以重庆地区的国家保护植物华南黑桫椤为研究对象,调查了6个天然居群72个单株的42个表型性状指标.运用变异系数和方差分析研究了居群间和居群内的表型变异;应用相关分析揭示了表型性状与其生境因子间的相关性;运用聚类分析进行了居群分类.结果表明:华南黑桫椤表型性状于居群内的变异远大于居群间的变异;土壤pH值和透光率对华南黑桫椤的表型变异影响较大;居群间分化的程度不受地理隔离的距离影响.
Variance analysis, correlation analysis and clustering analysis were made of 42 phenotypic traits for 72 individuals in 6 natural populations of Gymnosphaera metteniana in Chongqing, China. The variation within populations was much greater than that among populations. Soil pH and light transmittence were found to be in a significant correlation with the distribution pattern of G metteniana. The distance of geographic isolation did not seem to be the key factor influencing the variations of its phenotypic traits.
