摘要
根据大型精密电子设备对高可靠性光源的要求,研制了LED环形光源,光源选用主波长在625nm的红色LED作为发光元件,在设计方面,对LED采用降额使用,并且对LED和光源都进行了加速老化,保证了光源的可靠性。环形光源额定功率仅为2.0W左右,约为传统CCFL光源的20%,在电源电压发生波动±5%波动时,发光强度的变化小于±5%。
The lighting source with ring shape is designed and demonstrated. The lighting source is consisted of lighting emitting diode (LED), and some technique, such as accelerate aging, light load etc., are used to improve the reliability and stability of the ring shape lighting source, so the high reliability and stability is obtained. The power consume of the lighting source is less than 2.0W, only 20 percent of the traditional lighting source which consisted of cool cathode fluoresces lighting (CCFL). The lighting source is driven by the high precisely regulated power supply, when the voltage of the supply changed 0.5V, the power consume, input current and illumination changes within 10%.
