涉法上访案件处理长效机制探究

A Study on the Long-effect System of Properly Handling Appeals on Legal Issues

目前,涉法上访案件大量增加。对涉法上访案件进行妥善处理对和谐社会的构建具有重要意义。根据上访现状,我国可以在信访制度改革、相关制度建设和制度衔接等方面探索建立涉法上访案件处理的长效机制,实现民主、法治、和谐社会的目标。

At present, there arise numerous problems regarding people from the localities appealing to the higher authorities for help. The establishment of a long-effect system regarding the proper handling of the appeals on legal issues is supposed to be a cornerstone of the harmonious society. In light of the current situation on these appeals, the long-effect system can be established in the country through reforming the existing appealing system and instituting its relevant systems as well as keeping to the synergy of these systems to arrive in the harmonious society of academy and rule of law.
