(4S)-4-苄基-3-(2’(E)-丁烯酰基)-2-噁唑烷酮的核磁分析

Analysis of (4S)-4-benzyl-3-(2′(E)-butenyl)-2-oxazolidinone by nuclear magnetic resonance

摘要 利用1H NMR、13C NMR、H,H-COSY和H,C-COSY核磁共振技术,对化合物(4S)-4-苄基-3-(2′(E)-丁烯酰基)-2-噁唑烷酮进行了分析,所得数据与其结构相吻合,进一步说明了化合物分子内氢键的存在. The structure of (4S)-4-benzyl-3-(2 (E)-butenyl)-2-oxazohdmone was confirmed using the following techniques: ^1H NMR,^13 C NMR , H, H-COSY and H, C-COSY of two dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance, and the results are according with the atom distribution of the compound. It further confirmed the existence of hydrogen bond in the compound.
