川芎嗪电离子导入治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床研究

The clinical investigation of ligustrazine HCL-iontophoresis on temporomandibular disorders

目的:探讨川芎嗪电离子导入治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:将188例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为对照组(94例)和实验组(94例),对照组采用传统的西药口服治疗,实验组采用川芎嗪电离子导入治疗。结果:随访183例患者(随访率97.34%),对照组91例总有效率49.5%,实验组92例总有效率92.4%,两组间经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:川芎嗪直流电导入治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效确切,优于传统的口服西药治疗法。

Objective： To investigate the effect of ligustrazine HCL-iontophoresis on temporomandibular disorders. Methods： 188 temporomandibular disorder （TMD）patients were randomly divided into control group （A group） and study group （B group）. The traditional therapy was used to control group,and ligustrazine HCL-iontophoresis was used to study group. Before the study and two week after the study ,the date were collected and analyzed. Results： 183 patients were followed up （follow up rate 97.34 % ）. The study group gained good effects （92.4 % ）, Conclusion：It is showed that ligustrazine HCL-iontophoresis for TMD can gain better outcome than the traditional therapy.
