简析我国网络隐私权的保护

Analyzing Protection of Network Privacy Right in Our Country

随着网络事业的迅猛发展和人类文明程度的提高,人们在享受互联网带来的方便、快捷与商业利益的同时,更加注重追求精神世界的和谐与安宁,因此有关网络隐私权的问题备受关注,本文从隐私权概念入手,通过对各国法律对网络隐私权保护的分析,提出对目前我国网络隐私法律保护的思考。

With the swift development of the network cause and the human civilization, while people enjoy conveinence, rapid simultaneous and commerce benefit brought by the internet, they attach especial importance to the harmony and tranquility of the inner world , problem about network privacy right is in close attention, this paper start with concept of privacy right , analysis the protection of network private right in every country and suggest how to protect network private right by way of law in China .
