加味柴胡龙牡汤治疗神经衰弱60例

60 Cases of Modified Chai Hu Long Mu Decoction in the Treatment of Neurasthenia

目的观察加味柴胡龙牡汤治疗神经衰弱的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断且配合治疗的60例患者,以加味柴胡龙牡汤治疗,2周为1疗程。结果经2～6个疗程观察,痊愈38例,好转17例,无效5例,总有效率91.6%。结论加味柴胡龙牡汤是治疗神经衰弱的有效方药。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Chai Hu Long Mu decoction in the treatment of neurasthenia. Methods 60 cases of patients who conformed with the diagnostic standards and were willing to cooperate with the treatment were treated with modified Chai Hu Long Mu decoction, 2 weeks as a treatment course. Results After 2 - 6 treatment courses, 38 cases were healed, 17 cases became better and 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.6%. Conclusion Modified Chai Hu Long Mu decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of neurasthenia.
