平肝降脂汤治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ping Gan Jiang Zhi Decoction in the Treatment of Fatty Liver

目的观察平肝降脂汤(当归、赤芍、茵陈、水蛭、郁金、白术等)治疗脂肪肝的效果;方法60例脂肪肝患者口服平肝降脂汤治疗3个月。结果治愈10例,显效16例,有效26例,无效8例,总有效率为86.67%;治疗前后血脂、肝功能变化比较有显著性差异。结论提示平肝降脂汤治疗脂肪肝有比较满意的临床疗效,对其血脂、B超和肝功能异常有良好的调节作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Ping Gan Jiang Zhi decoction （Radix Angelicae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Hirudo seu Whitmania, Radix Curcumae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae ） in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods： 60 patients with fatty liver took Ping Gan Jiang Zhi decoction orally for 3 months. Results： 10 cases were not healed, 16 cases had significant effect, 26 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67%. The difference of blood - lipid and liver function before and after the treatment was significant. Conclusion： Ping Gan Jiang Zhi decoction has a satisfactory clinical effect for the treatment of fatty liver, and has a good regulating effect for the abnormality of blood -lipid, B ultrasonic examination and liver function.
