摘要
跨省区交界地带作为一类特殊区域,行政分割严重、市场壁垒众多,经济发展水平低下,要促进此类区域协调发展,协调机制的构建成为关键问题。本文详细分析了协调机制构建的重要意义、有利条件、不利条件,并在此基础上提出了协调机制构建的具体建议。
Border region of trans -province is a special area. Serious segregation by districts and multitude market barriers lead to low level of economy. The critical problem is to construct coordinated mechanism for promoting cooperative development in this kind of area. The paper elaborates the vital significance, advantage and adverse condition for constructing coordinated mechanism. In this foundation, the paper promotes concrete suggestion for constructing coordinated mechanism.
