论非公有制经济财产权的物权法保护

物权法作为保护财产权的核心法律,应平等保护国家、集体和私有财产权。我国目前正在议定的物权法应完善对私有财产权的保护:确立物权法财产权平等保护的指导思想、物权法应明确非公有制经济财产权的范围、对非公有制经济财产权要有特定指涉性的物权保护规范,以促进不同所有制经济和谐发展。
