An Analysis to the Reasons for the difficulties of Administrative Lawsuit in our Country and the Corresponding Countermeasures

行政诉讼是最有法治特征,最有鲜明民主特征的救济制度之一。而我国的行政诉讼却面临诸多的困境,本文分析了造成我国行政诉讼难的原因,提出了解决这一问题的相应对策。

Administrative lawsuit is one of the relief systems which are of the most ruling-by-law and distinct democractic characteristics. However, administrative lawsuit faces many difficulties in our country, the causes to which are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are presented as well in this article.
