摘要
采用高效液相色谱法直接定量测定油脂中的合成抗氧化剂TBHQ(叔丁基对苯二酚),在测定条件下,TBHQ含量在0.0000～79.6176μg/mL范围内线性相关,相关系数r=0.9999,TBHQ的回收率为92.98%～96.90%。在标准偏差S=1794.1317与变异系数RSD=0.011%的条件下,在所采10个油样中,5个样品中未检出TBHQ,其余5个样品中检出含有TBHQ,其含量均在国家标准(≤200ppm)范围之内。
The high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was adopted to determine the quantity of synthetic antioxidant TBHQ in the soybean oil directly. The results showed that the quantity of TBHQ was linear correlation at the range between 0.0000μg/mL and 79.6176μg/mL, and the correlative coefficient was 0.9999, the recovery rate of TBHQ was 92.98-96.901%. Under the determined condition of S was 1794.1317 and RSD was 0.011%, five samples were assayed containing TBHQ in total ten samples. The quantity of TBHQ was in the range of national standard （≤200ppm）.
