浅谈高校固定资产的信息化管理

高校固定资产是教学、科研、管理等必不可少的物质基础,在高校变迁频繁、科技发展飞速的情况下,高校固定资产的管理变得十分困难,如何实现快速有效的管理已成当务之急。作者在文中分析了当前高校固定资产管理中存在的主要问题,提出了一些解决方法,并指出高校固定资产信息化管理是解决高校固定资产管理问题的关键,论文最后以电脑设备等为例就高校固定资产信息化管理做了详细分析。

Fixed assets in a university provide a necessary material base for the successful operation of teaching, researching and managing activities. Due to the rapid changes in many of the universities and the quick development of technology, it has become very difficult to carry out an up-to-date management of fixed assets. Therefore, it is urgent to work out an effective and efficient way of conducting the management. Based on the analysis of the existing major problems found in current management practice, some possible solutions are suggested in this paper. The author points out that the key to the issue is to employ an informationized management system. And the author also illustrates the concept of informationized management through an example of managing computer devices.
