摘要
战略与世界级实践的一致性研究源自企业“内部一致性”理论。结合前人的研究成果,构建了运营战略、制造战略和世界级实践模式。运营战略影响着制造目标的选择,制造目标影响着制造实践的选择。为了成功引进世界级制造实践,企业的各项工作安排必须遵循该“一致性”规律。
The consistency of strategy with world-level practices stems from the corporation theory of "internal consistency". Combined with the former research results, the mode of operation strategy, manufacture strategy and worldwide manufacture practices are conceived. The operation strategy affects the selection of manufacture objective, and the manufacture objective affects the selection of manufacture practices. In order to successfully introduce global manufacture practices, all kinds of arrangements in a corporation must follow the rule of "consistency".
