我院门诊2003～2005年抗高血压药利用分析

Analysis of Antihypertensive Drugs Used in Our Hospitals During the Period 2003～2005

目的:评价我院抗高血压药的利用情况及趋势。方法:对我院门诊2003～2005年口服抗高血压药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药DDDs和销售金额均呈上升趋势,钙拮抗药和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂均排在前2位。各年度抗高血压药总DDDs分别为27.719、29.24、35.2775万日;总销售金额分别为58.46、67.476、73.2677万元。结论:我院钙拮抗药和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂最常用,体现了有效性、安全性和多样性等特点。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the condition and trend of the usage of antihypertensive agents in our hospital.METHODS：The DDDs and sales amount of the orally administered antihypertensive agents in our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS： The DDDs and sales amount of the orally administered antihypertensive agents in our hospital increased.From 2003 to 2005, the sales amount each year were 584.6 × 10^3 yuan, 674.76 × 10^3 yuan and 732.677 × 10^3 yuan, and the DDDs of each year were 277.19 × 10^3 day, 292.4 × 10^3 day and 352. 775 × 10^3 day, respectively. Calcium antagonist and ACEI ranked the first two places.CONCLUSION：Calcium antagonist and ACEI were commonly used the antihypertensive agents in clinic for the efficacy,safety and diversity of rational drug use.
