Remote Surveillance Industrial Terminal Based on Wireless Communication Techniques

针对工业应用领域越来越多的要求无线监控系统具有实时图像采集、处理及传输功能的现状,文中介绍了一种基于CDMA/GPRS移动通信平台,数据采集和集成功能强大的无线工业监控终端系统的研制和开发;系统以ARM920T架构的处理器为核心,采用了Linux实时操作系统以高可靠性及灵活性完成了对工业现场实时图像和数据的采集、编码及上传等管理功能;在环保领域的成功应用表明所设计的无线工业监控终端运行稳定,性能优良。

This paper focuses on the development of a wireless surveillance industrial terminal, based on GPRS/CDMA communication channels, which can collect images and data of industrial processes remotely through network. In addition, using embedded real-time operating system Linux, the surveillance terminal can do management such as collecting, coding, storage, query and uploading with high reliability and feasibility. The successful application results of circumstance protection field show that the surveillance terminal is stable and reliable.
