摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是心血管重构的重要推动力。研究已经证实,半合成四环素类抗生素——多西环素不但具有广谱的抗菌作用,而且还能抑制基质金属蛋白酶的表达和活性,从而有望为心血管重构的防治开辟新途径。 Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) is the important impetus of cardiovascular remodeling. Studies have made sure that semisynthetic tetracyclinesdoxycycline not only has broad antibacterial effect, but also inhibits MMP expression and activity. Thereby it is hopeful to inaugurate a new way for prevention and treatment of the cardiovascular remodeling.
