尿道髓外浆细胞瘤一例报告 被引量：3

摘要 髓外浆细胞瘤（extramedullary plasmacytoma，EMP）临床罕见。我科收治尿道髓外浆细胞瘤1例，现报告如下。 患者，女，52岁。2005年10月在外院行尿道息肉切除术，病理报告示尿道息肉并感染，经我院病理会诊报告为髓外浆细胞瘤。查体：双肾区无叩痛，膀胱区有深压痛。
