Technological Gatekeepers and External Linkage of Industrial Clusters

加强本地企业和集群外部的知识联系,成为产业集群发展演化的一个重要影响因素。技术守门员是产业集群和外部联系的桥梁,在产业集群获取外部知识的过程中扮演关键的角色。在技术变革发生时,技术守门员引领产业集群实现转型,避免被“锁定”在旧的技术范式。以织里童装产业集群为例分析了技术守门员在产业集群与外部的联系中所起的重要作用。

the external linkage of local enterprises is an important factor influencing the evolution of industrial clusters. Technological gatekeepers are the bridges between the inner and outer of industrial clusters, playing a pivotal role when industrial clusters are acquiring external knowledge. When changes in technology occur, technological gatekeepers lead the industrial clusters to upgrade and keep away from being locked in old technological paradigms. This paper, based on the case study of Zhili children clothing clusters, analyzes the importance of technological gatekeepers in building the linkage between inner and outer of clusters.
