摘要
第三方物流合作风险直接关系到企业物流外包策略的实现。分析了第三方物流合作风险的几种形式,提出了一种把模糊评价和灰色系统相结合的综合评价方法,并举例进行了说明。这种评价方法结合两种评价方法的优点,使评价结果更为合理。
The collaboration risk of third-party logistics touches on the success of logistics outsourcing. Several collaboration risks of TPL were analyzed in the paper, and a sample was given. The model combines fuzzy evaluation and grey system,and makes result more reasonable.
