摘要
知识联盟中的知识转移效率和效果在很大程度上决定着知识联盟的绩效乃至成败。对知识联盟中的知识创造过程、知识转移过程及知识转移过程中的主要影响因素进行了系统研究,并针对这些因素提出了促进知识联盟中知识转移的对策。
The paper introduces knowledge creation knowledge transfer and the obstacles of knowledge-transfer;furthermore gives some advice to overcome them.
