两家4例三叉神经痛报告

Familial trigeminal neuralia?(Report of four cases in two families)

本文报告两家４例三叉神经痛病例，其中３例经乙状窦后径路三叉神经根微血管减压手术治疗，１例经乙状窦后径路三叉神经感觉根部分切断手术治疗，均获治愈，随访２年无复发。复习相关文献，讨论家族罹患的可能原因。

Abstract Four patients with trigeminal neuralgia frorn two families were reported.Tbeir age ranged from 30 to 56 years. The average history was 4.5 years.Three patients were treated by microvascular decompression and One partial resection of sensory root through ret rosig- moid approach.All patients were cured without recurrence.The related literatures were re- viewed and possible causes of familial affection discussed.
