电针对实验性脑梗死大鼠H反射影响的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察电针阳陵泉对实验性脑梗死模型大鼠H反射潜伏期以及H反射恢复曲线的变化的影响。方法:将健康大鼠随机分为正常组(空白对照组)、模型组、假手术组和电针治疗组。正常组不做任何处理,模型组依据Nagasawa氏改良方法造模,假手术组、模型组在造模成功3天后给予模拟针刺治疗,电针治疗组在造模成功3天后给予电针针刺治疗。治疗6天后检测大鼠H-反射,进行统计学分析。结果:模型组右侧(瘫痪侧)H波潜伏期明显缩短,与假手术组、正常组、电针组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而电针组H波潜伏期接近正常组,与正常组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组H反射恢复曲线的H/M值随S1和S2刺激时间间隔的延长而逐渐升高,最高达到2.3±0.597,是正常组的3倍以上;电针组H/M值最高仅为1.09±0.307,略高于正常组和假手术组(P>0.05),显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:降低脑梗死后脊髓运动神经元兴奋性可能是电针治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体痉挛的内在机制之一。 Objective: To observe the effect of electric acupuncture of Yanglingquan Point on H reflex latency and H reflex recovery curve of rats with cerebral infarction. Methods : Twenty-four rats were divided into 4 groups : blank group, model group,sham operation group and electric acupuncture group. Blank group did not receive any treatment. In model group, the cerebral infarction model was established with reference to Nagasawa's method. Sham operation group and model group received simulate acupuncture treatment three days after the model was built. Electric acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment three days after the model was built. H reflex of rats was determined six days after treatment, and statistical analysis was carried out finally. Results: H reflex latency of paralyzed latus of model group was shortened obviously compared with that of the other 3 groups. This shortened H - reflex latency had statistical significance. H reflex latency of electric acupuncture group was quite near to that of the blank group, and had not statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05 ). The H/M of H reflex recovery curve in model group increased gradually with the prolongation of intervals between S1 and S2 stimulation, and the H/M of H reflex recovery curve of electric acupuncture group increased a little than that of blank group and sham operation group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), while it was obviously lower than model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: This study demonstrates that the degraded excitability of dynamoneure may be one of the important internal mechanisms for electric acupuncture cure hemiparalysis of spasmodic limbs after cerebral infarction.
