中药乳灵汤治疗乳腺增生症的临床应用与研究

Clinical Research on Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated with Ru-Ling Decoction

目的:观察中药乳灵汤治疗各类乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:乳灵汤内服外敷双重并用,按病种分疗程给予。结果:3000例中乳痛症1疗程治愈率99.3%,乳腺腺病2疗程治愈率98.7%,囊性增生症3疗程治愈率95.4%。结论:乳灵汤能活血化淤、清热凉血、舒肝解郁、软坚散结、消肿止痛、调节内分泌。内服外敷双重治疗法方法独到,简便易行,疗效确切,对乳腺增生症的治疗起到了标本兼治的作用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Ru - Ling decoction on hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods： The patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated with Ru - Ling decoction both orally taken and externally apllied. The efficacy of Ru - Ling decoction was evaluated. Results： After 1 treatment course,the cured rate in 3 000 patients with mammary pain were 99.3%. The efficiency in patients with adenosis could reach 98.7% after 2 treatment courses. After 3 treatment courses, the cured rate in patients with cystic hyperplasia of bread were 95.4%. Conclusion： Ru - Ling decoction has the function of promotion blood stasis, clearing away the heat- evil and expelling superficial, dispersing the stagnated live qi, dissipaling hard mass, alleviating pain to elimilate lump, adjusting endocrine. Ru -Ling decoction both orally taken and externally apllied is a simple, feasible and effective method in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. It can elimilate both pathogen and symptom.
