摘要
高强度聚焦超声技术是一种能将超声能量聚焦于人体深部组织,并能瞬间产生高温的无创性局部治疗肿瘤的新技术。本文主要对它的工作机制——热机制、空化机制和机械机制进行了详细的描述。由于该技术是治疗肿瘤的一种真正无创、无害、安全、有效而又能保全组织的治疗方法,在医学临床应用中倍受青睐,已经应用到肿瘤学、泌尿科、神经外科、眼科和血液学等领域。
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) is a new technology to treat tumor. It can not only focus at a target lying deeply in human body, but also damage the target tissue instantly. HIFU has three main mechanisms-thermal mechanism, cavitation mechanism and machine mechanism. Because HIFU is an effective method which is noninvasive, harmless and safe, it has been attracted by many doctors. HIFU has been applied in many medical fields, such as ontology, urology, neurosurgery ophthalmology and hematology.
