摘要 利用固相萃取富集-高效液相色谱法分析测定环境土壤、水体中三嗪类除草剂——莠去津(ATR)的含量。色谱柱为C18固相萃取柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40,体积),流速0.8ml/min,检测波长220nm,桂温25℃。莠去津在0.1~5.0mg/L(r=0.9995)范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为86.1%,RSD为3.7%。该法操作简便、快速,回收率较好。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method with solid-phase extraction was used for the determination of atrazine in environmental soil and water. HPLC was carried out on Cls column at 25℃ based on the application of methanol-water(60:40) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and the detected wavelength was 220 nm, Good linearity of atrazine was obtained over the ranges of 0.1 - 5.0 mg/L( r = 0.995 5), The average recovery rate of atrazine was 86.1% (RSD3.7 % ), This method was simple, quick, and the recovery rate was better.
