摘要
利用已报道的葡萄SSR引物筛选适用于沙棘的SSR引物。结果表明,在供筛选的107对引物中,只有1对引物在沙棘中无扩增位点,有效扩增比率为99.07%;共有46对引物的在2个沙棘品种间扩增出多态性位点,有效扩增比率为42.99%,扩增产物共表现出100个等位基因,其中差异等位基因数为70个,每对引物的等位基因数为1~4个,平均为2.174个。根据这46对引物的扩增结果,中国沙棘和辽阜1号间的遗传相似系数为0.413,遗传距离为0.587。
SSR markers adapting to Hippophae rhamnoides were screened using reported Grape's SSR primers. The results showed that among 107 primers selected only 1 primer failed amplification, with success rate 99.07%. 46 primers showed polymorphism, with success rate 42,99%, Total 100 alleles were gotten according to their amplification, including 70 aberrant alleles, Allele number of each primer ranged from 1 to 4 with a mean of 2.174. The genetic similarity coefficient between two varieties was 0.413, and the genetic distance was 0.587,
