Effects of Salinity on Hatching and Growth of Artemia

研究盐度对卤虫生长和繁殖的影响,试验设8个不同浓度的人工盐水处理,测定不同浓度条件下卤虫卵化率及生长情况,结果表明,盐度为0.5%的孵化率最高达90.3%;卤虫在低盐度生长较高盐度生长最快。

The growth and hatching rate of Artemia were measured at different salinity. The eggs of Artemia were cultured with artificial sea water. The results showed that the hatching rate was 90.3% at salinity 0.5%, higher than others. The larva grew faster at low salinity than high salinity.
