摘要
目的:观察普米克令舒氧驱雾化吸入佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:70例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组35例在常规治疗的基础上辅以普米克令舒氧驱雾化吸入,对照组35例仅进行常规治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组两组疗效采用行×列x2检验比较,P<0.01。结论:普米克令舒氧驱雾化吸入佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著,方便安全。
Objective：To observe clinical effect of Pulmicort Respules for the treatment of bronchiolitis in infants with oxygen nebulizer inhalation. Methods ：70 cases of bronchiolitis were divided randomly into two groups： treatment group （n = 35 ） treated with oxygen nebulizer inhalation of Pulmicort Respules in addition to conventional therapy, while control group （ n = 35 ） with conventional therapy. Results： there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Pulmicort Respules therapy can be helpful for the improvement of the clinical situation, which is convenient and without many side - effects, it can be one of the drugs in the assist - treatment of infants with bronchiolitis.
