摘要
目的探讨肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者的动态视频脑电图(VEEG)变化。方法对56例HLD(病例组)患者和40例健康者(对照组)进行VEEG监测并分析比较。结果HLD患者VEEG异常率达80.4%,明显高于对照组异常率17.5%(P<0.01);不同临床类型HLD患者VEEG的异常率差异无显著意义;VEEG异常主要表现为基本节律慢化、阵发性慢波和痫样放电。结论VEEG检查可提高HLD患者的VEFG异常的检出率,尤其在睡眠状态会使痫样放电增加。
Objective To investigate the changes of dynamic VEEG in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration （HLD）. Methods 56 patients with HLD were monitored and analyzed by VEEG, and compared with 40 healthy subjects. Results Abnormal rate of VEEG in HLD patients was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects （80.4% vs 17.5%, P 〈 0.01 ）.The abnormal rate was not significantly different in different clinical types of HLD patients. A＇ slow-down of the basic rhythm, paroxysmal slow wave and epileptiform discharges were main changes found by VEEG. Conelusion VEEG exam could improve abnormal rate in patients with HLD, as compared with that of regular EEG, especially the incidence of epileptiform discharges is increased in sleeping state.
