摘要
教练员与运动员的关系对运动员的训练、生活均有重要的影响。对教练员与运动员关系及其评价方式进行了研究,通过对CART-Q量表的跨文化检验,获得该量表中文翻译版的心理测量学数据,验证了CART-Q翻译版在中国使用也具有较好的信度和效度,可作为测评教练员与运动员关系的工具。
The coach-athlete relationship is considered as the most important interpersonal factor that influences the athlete＇s training and life. Through the research of the cross cultural CART- Q testing, the Chinese version of the data was obtained. The CART- Q was proved to be practical and reliable in China and valid for studying the relationships between the coach and the athlete.
