摘要
为保证矿井提升机平稳起降,设计了一种基于模糊算法控制的环流变换器,目标是保证变换器电压输出波形为对称的正弦波.在具体的系统实现中,变换器主回路选择环流控制方式,采用高性能DSP作为模糊控制核心,通过加权平均判决的模糊决策算法对变换器主回路晶闸管的触发角进行调制,从而有效控制输出电压波形.实验结果显示,采用这种模糊控制的环流变换器的电压输出性能得到大幅改善,波形对称且非常接近正弦形,能够保证矿井提升机停位准确,减少冲击.
The Cycloconverter based on fuzzy controller for lift is introduced. With the strong DSP as the control unit, the design of main circuit structure is provided, and the control policy for the main circuit loop, the tuning of the triggerhag angle for thyristor are given. With the help of the fuzzy algorithm in the controller, the output voltage of the power can be controLled and the voltage wave can be adjusted to be symmetric so that the lift can stop accurately, and the shock can be decreased.
