摘要
分析了网络化制造环境下装备资源的特点,提出了基于约束的装备资源能力描述与表达模型,并以此模型为基础,以搭建ASP模式的第三方网络化制造装备资源优化配置平台为背景,建立了基于XML的分布式资源集成框架,以及基于AHP算法的装备资源优选模型,为用户提供了基于资源加工能力、加工时间等多种方案的资源优选算法,使平台用户能够有效地查找和使用各种装备资源.
Characteristics of equipment manufacturing resources in networked manufacturing environment are analysed, a restriction - based resources ability description and expression model is put forward. Based on this model, in the background of building an ASP mode third- party networked manufacturing resources optimize configuration platform, a XML - based distributive resources integration framework is established, a distributive resources management and integration system is formed, an AI-IP algorithm - based resources optimization model is built, which provides resources machining ability, machining time and other solutions ——based resources optimization algorithm, enables platform users to effectively search and use various integration resources of a certain region.
