摘要
介绍了采用本源微生物对克拉玛依油田八区P2w1油藏产出液进行的防蜡实验。实验结果表明,所筛选的两种微生物均适用于克拉玛依油田八区P2w1油藏的防蜡,但菌种A从自身适应能力、静态防蜡率、原油乳化能力以及对重质组分的降解能力等几方面均优于菌种B。还定义了一个评价参数:降解率,用于定量描述微生物对原油中重质组分的降解能力。
A lab-evaluation for local microbe in paraffin control in the produced wells of Permian reservoir district 8 is shown in this paper.It is concluded that two kinds of bacteria used in this experiment can prevent the paraffin deposition in different degrees,and bacterium A is better than B in their accommodation,the rate of static paraffin control,emulsibility for crude oil and the decomposition for heavy fraction etc.A new evaluation parameter of decomposition rate is given to define the microbial decomposition ability for the heavy part of the crude oil composition.
