全国乡镇煤矿原煤产量抽样调查与统计工作建议

Sampling investigation on raw coal production of villages and towns coal mine in China and suggestions on statistics

根据抽样调查理论,抽取13个省的236个乡镇煤矿作为调查样本,并进行了实地调查,获得了大量的调查数据和资料。运用统计学原理,计算2006年1-6月乡镇煤矿实际产量高出统计产量10.8%,推算并预测出2006年乡镇煤矿煤炭产量为9.35亿t,全国煤炭产量为23.5亿t。指出了乡镇煤矿原煤产量统计工作中的问题,提出了对策和建议。

Based on the theory of sampling investigation, 236 villages and towns coal mines were chosen as investigation samples, fact finding work was also carried out and a large quantity of data and materials were obtained. Based on the principle of statistics, the actual coal production from villages and towns coal mine was 10.8% higher than the statistics figure during 1~6,2006, 935.0 Mt of its total coal production and 2.35 billion tons of national total production were forecasted. Problems in current production statistics of villages and towns coal mines was analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
