摘要
文章就人性化质量管理进行了探讨,通过引述ISO9000标准、卓越绩效评价准则国家标准的要求及戴明的质量管理观点,提出了一些有关人性化质量管理的实施建议。
This article presents brief understanding about humanism quality management, then quotes some requirement and points in ISO9000 standard,Criteria for Performance Excellence national standard as well as Deming＇s quality management points. At last it gives some suggestions about how to implement humanism quality management.
