摘要
在职干部教育培训应当克服教育培训是软任务、花钱多;干部学历越来越高,不需培训;干部工作任务繁忙,没有时间;收效微、效果不好界定等模糊认识。培养干部要处理好长期规划与短期培训;奖励先进与鞭笞后进;培训与考核;培训与使用等四个方面的关系。按照构筑终身教育体系、创建学习型社会的要求,构建在职干部终身教育体系,提高干部队伍整体素质。
We ought to get rid of the following confused ideas for educating and training cadres at their posts:that educating and training is a soft task which needs spending more money;cadres needn't train on account of their higher and higher academic attainments; they have no time to be trained owing to their busy work; and it isn't easy to examine and determine its little effect.In training cadres it is imperative to handle correctly the four aspects of relat/ons between a long-term plan and short-term training,between encouraging the more advanced and flogging the less advanced,training and examining, training and personnel placement.According to the requirements of establishing life education system and building a learning-inclined society,it is necessary to establish life education system of cadres at work so as to improve whole quality of cadre contingent.
