河南省普通高校体育教师职业倦怠状况及影响因素的研究

Present situation of job burnout and its influencing factors in PE teachers of general colleges and universities in Henan province

通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对河南省普通高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况及影响因素进行了研究,旨在了解高校体育教师职业倦怠的总体现状及影响因素,并为相关部门制订缓解体育教师职业倦怠的措施提供参考依据。研究结果表明:目前河南省普通高校体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,情绪衰竭相对突出;职称、学校类型和受教育程度在职业倦怠一个或多个维度上差异具有显著性,性别在职业倦怠及其各个维度上差异不具有显著性。

By literature consultation, questionnaire investigation and interview, it researches into the present situation of job burnout and its influencing factors in PE teachers of genenral colleges and universities in Henan province. The main aim of the researeh is to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of PE teachers and to provide reference to some department. The results show that the degree of job burnout of PE teachers in high colleges in Henan province recently is not much serious. The core dimension-emotional exhaustion is high; The title of a technical post, education degree, style of college submits notable difference in one or more dimensions of job burnout;gender, marital status submit no notable difference in each dimension.
