摘要 在传统能隙电压基准的基础上,对其进行了改进,设计了一种采用曲率补偿技术的高精度能隙基准电压电路,该基准电压源主要用于脉宽调制电路。在CADAENCE的HSPICE仿真工具下进行仿真可得温度在-55℃~125℃变化时,其输出电压变化率为20ppm/℃;电源电压在7~40V变化时,其输出电压变化量为1mV。经流片测试,完全能够满足PWM对基准的要求。 Based upon the traditional bandgap reference, this paper presents a high- precision bandgap voltage reference circuit,which used curvature- compensated method. The circuit is used for pulse - width - modulation control circuits. With the HSPICE simulator of the CADAENCE simulation shows that the average variation of the circuit is 20ppm/℃ with temperature from -55-125 ℃ and lmV with supply voltage from 7~40 V. And it satisfied the demand of the PWM.
