浅谈大体积混凝土的养护

大体积混凝土的施工技术要求比较高,特别是在施工中要防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差所产生的温度应力和温度变形裂缝。大体积混凝土的养护主要是控制混凝土中心和表面的温差,保持一定的湿度,防止产生裂缝。如何控制温度进行混凝土养护是大体积结构施工中的重要课题。

The construction of bulky concrete demands high-level technology. In the construction, the temperature stress cracking and temperature deformation cracking of concrete, which are caused by the temperature difference aroused by cement thermalization, must be prevented. The main point of bulky concrete curing is to control the temperature difference of the center and appearance of concrete,maintain a certain humidity and prevent cracking. How to control the temperature to cure concrete is an important task in the construction of bulky concrete.
