Wal-Mart is the leading retailer in the world, modern logistic management system lays a solid foundation for its supernormal development, and the continuous promotion of e-logistic system is the basic method to ensure the ability of logistic management. By discussing the general situation of Wal-Mart＇s logistics and analyzing its logistic management system, this research explores the evolution of Wal-Mart＇s e-logistics, and further provides some useful experience and the mentality for the development of retail industry and e-logistics in China.
