英才教育的实践与思考

Practising and Thinking on Elite Education

英才教育是一个既古老又新锐的教育研究课题,也是整个世界特别是国人一直关注的教育焦点问题。要搞好英才教育,就必须弄清何为英才、何为英才教育、怎样实施英才教育,就必须理顺英才教育与大众教育、素质教育的关系。笔者认为,只有适宜的英才教育才能体现教育的公平,英才教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。建立利于英才发现与成长的环境和机制是实施英才教育的关键所在。

Elite education is an old but newly -developed subject on educational study, which is an educational focus in the world, especially in China. To improve the quality of elite education, educators should not only make it clear what the elite is, what elite education is and how to put it into effect, but also correctly distinguish elite education from well -rounded education and quality- oriented education. In addition, they should realize that proper elite education may show the fairness of education and it is an important part of quality -oriented education. Therefore, to create the circumstances and mechanism with which the elite can be found and grow up healthily is the key point to carry out elite education.
