摘要
针对南水北调工程的实际情况,提出采用最优控制理论解决调水工程中存在的滞后与耦合问题。通过建立渠道的状态空间方程,将水力学问题转化为控制论问题。建立渠道运行二次性能指标,求解系统最优控制方案。以南水北调中线总干渠京石应急段为例进行仿真计算,结果表明渠道水流在2h内快速达到稳定,水位波动小于0.15m/h,动态稳态性能良好。
Based on the conditions of Middle Route of South-North Water Diversion Project, this paper discusses using optimal control theory to solve the problem of time lag and coupling. By deducing the stat-space equation of canal system, the problem of hydraulics is transformed to the problem of control. The linear quadratic index functions are formed and then the optimal control rule is extracted. An example of south-to-north water diversion project is presented to test the controller. The simulation results show that the flow can be steady in 2 hours and the fluctuation is less than 0. 15 meter per hour and the steady and dynamic quality are good.
