摘要
地下水是缺水地区重要的水源,其开发管理受到世界各国的广泛重视。从地下水资源的特征、开发利用、立法与法规、管理与研究机构、主要的管理措施等几个方面对以色列地下水进行了综述介绍,以期对我国的地下水工作有所借鉴。
Groundwater is important water resources in the shortage region of water resources, and closer attention is paid to its development and management in the whole world. The comprehensive introduction for groundwater of Israel is conducted from the characteristic, develolment ＆ management, the legislation ＆ regulation, the administrative system ＆ institutions, the key administrative countermeasures in order to refer to for China.
