血液灌流救治婴幼儿毒鼠强中毒的疗效及安全性 被引量:2

Effects and Safety of Hemoperfusion Therapy on Infants with Tetramine Poisoning

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流(HP)救治婴幼儿毒鼠强中毒的疗效及安全性。方法毒鼠强中毒婴幼儿35例分为二组,HP组18例和非HP组17例。观察二组治疗前后血毒鼠强水平变化、临床症状改善情况及HP组灌流过程中的不良反应。结果HP组入院时血液毒鼠强平均水平明显高于非HP组[(342.2±333.4)vs(117.9±50.8)μg/L,P<0.05],治疗1周后毒鼠强平均水平显著低于非HP组[(40.0±21.2)vs(62.3±22.9)μg/L,P<0.05)];抽搐时间较非HP组明显缩短[(1.5±0.7)vs(2.5±1.5)d,P<0.05]。HP组2例灌流过程中血压略下降,补液后迅速恢复;1例穿刺伤口渗血40 min;未见其他不良反应。结论血液灌流能协助常规治疗,加快清除婴幼儿血毒鼠强,为一种安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To explore the effects and safety of hemoperfusion (HP) therapy on tetramine poisoning in infants. Methods Thirty -five infants with tetramine poisoning were divided into two groups: HP group (n = 18) and non HP group (n = 17). The changes of blood tetramine concentration and clinical symptom improving of both groups after the treatment were observed together with the adverse effects of HP group. Results The average blood tetramine concentration of HP group was higher than that of non HP group (342. 2 ± 333. 4 vs 117.9 ± 50.8 μg/L, P 〈 0.05 ) on admission but became lower(40.0 ± 21.2 vs 62.3 ± 22.9 μg/L, P 〈 0.05 ) after one - week's treatment. The convulsion time of HP group was much shorter than that of non HP group( 1.5 ± 0.7 vs 2.5 ± 1.5 d, P 〈 0.05 ). The blood pressure in 2 patients in HP group descended a little when perfused but became normal soon after fluid replacement;Errhysis happened for 40 min at point of puncture in 1 patient of HP group. No other adverse reaction was found. Conclusion Hemoperfusion display the synergistic effects with conventional therapy and can quickly remove tetramine from blood of infants and can be regarded as a safe and effective therapy.
