摘要
对公司治理文化和企业竞争力的研究都是关注企业如何才能更好地持续生存和发展的问题,但迄今为止,两者之间的研究是相对独立的。基于我国企业的经验分析,本文研究公司治理文化与企业竞争力的相关性。首先,本文从生成的层面和形成主体的不同,将企业文化分为公司治理文化、管理文化和执行文化。并在前人研究的基础上提出了公司治理文化直接影响着公司治理结构和公司治理机制的有效性,是构成企业竞争力的核心要素之一。然后从一个崭新的视角:公司治理文化-企业文化-心理契约-组织公民行为-组织绩效-企业竞争力,解释公司治理文化与企业竞争力之间的内在联系,分析公司治理文化构成企业竞争力的路径模式。最后,根据本文的研究结论,提出了一些对于我国企业,尤其是上市公司在公司治理文化建设方面的启示。
How the enterprise the focus of the researches can better survive and develop is on corporate governance culture (CGC) and competitiveness, which are independent from each other till recently. This paper studies on correlation between CGC and competitiveness based on the empirical analyses on Chinese stock companies. First, from the differences of formation and main bodies, corporate culture is divided into CGC, managerial culture and executive culture. Then based on previous researches, it puts forward that CGC, one of the core factors of corporate competitiveness, influences the effectiveness of corporate governance structure and governance mechanism directly. Secondly, this paper illustrates the correlation between CGC and competitiveness and analyzes the path model from a new perspective: CGC-- corporate culture--psychological contract organizational citizenship behavior - organizational performance--competitiveness. Lastly, the paper presents some advices to Chinese corporations, especially stock companies to construct CGC.
