摘要
20世纪80年代以来,企业间研发联盟出现了迅速发展的趋势。然而,它也是一种危险的联盟,往往充满了合作风险,如资产专用性投资风险和知识外溢风险。第三方担保机制,作为保证国家联盟稳定性的重要方式发挥着重要作用。同样地,研发联盟中也可以引入该机制用于防范风险,选择第三方担保机构、知识传递制度化和对研发人员限制性流动是防范风险的主要步骤。
Since 1980＇s, inter-corporate R＆D alliances have developed rapidly, but there are many risks, such as assets specialty risk and knowledge leakage risk. To prevent risks, third-party guarantee mechanism is a suitable choice which is adopted in country alliances. What＇s more, to prevent risks in R＆D alliances, some actions can be taken such as, selecting third-party guarantee, constructing knowledge transfer roads and restricting researcher shifting.
