摘要
本文从分析建立新型农村养老保险制度的历史必然性出发,对构建农村养老保险体系的经济可行性进行了论证,阐明了制度构想,并以此为基础,提出一些政策性建议。
Beginning with the necessities of constructing the new system of rural endowment insurance, the paper discusses the economic possibility of such system, and makes an institutional plan to present some suggestions to policy making.
