以人为本既是创建和谐社会的迫切要求,又是图书馆及馆员全面发展的需要。图书馆实施以人为本的管理应从馆员、读者、馆舍建设3个方面做起。
The people-based concept is not only the urgent requirement of constructing the harmonious society, but also the requirements of the all-round development of the library and librarians. Implementing the people-based management in the library should start from three aspects of the librarians, the readers and the construction of library buildings.
